We welcome up to 2 well-behaved, housebroken dogs per stay for $25/night per dog. Please let us know before your stay so we can add the fee to your reservation ahead of check-in.

Dogs must be non-aggressive and not prone to repeated, unprovoked barking. (Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.) As there is no yard, bathroom breaks must be taken off-property, and all waste must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of properly. Furniture must stay pet-free unless covered with linens you bring.

We cannot accommodate cats, birds, reptiles, rodents, or other animals—humans and dogs only. If you have a special circumstance, please reach out before booking.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we do not charge a security deposit. Instead, we have partnered with Safely.com to provide you with damage protection for peace of mind coverage during your stay. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees. The damage protection plan provides you with $1500 – $10,000 of coverage (depending on the property booked) for accidental damage to contents and/or property that may take place during your stay and is reported prior to checkout. Damage in excess of that amount, as well as unreported damage and/or damage excluded from the Terms of the protection provided, will be your responsibility.

All we ask is that used towels are left in the bathroom, dishes are washed, and trash is placed in the outdoor bins. Leave things tidied up, turn off the lights, and lock the door! That’s it!

Our nightly rate covers 2 guests or less. Accurate headcount must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 2. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours (or ASAP if you’re arriving in the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy. Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee. This is a second-floor studio located above the detached home office, so climbing steps is required. We live in the main house (at the front of the property), and your studio is completely separate and private. We are fully permitted and abide by all local and state regulations governing short-term rentals.
