Rather than answer one email at a time, we put our real recommendations in one place.

Every venue in this guide is somewhere we've personally been, brought friends and family, or would send our own guests without hesitation. We update it as places open, close, or change. If you notice something that's outdated, let us know — we want this to stay useful.

What you'll find in each category

Food & drink — Coffee, breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, drinks, beer, sweets, and GF/vegetarian options. Every recommendation includes a short note on why it made the list and where in the city it is.

Things to do — Outdoors, indoors, live music, shopping, murals, kid-friendly spots, and dog-welcome venues. We flag which are walkable from our properties.
