Your health and safety is important to us. We’ve taken extra steps for you to feel safe and sound in Music City.

We have implemented every measure and precaution available to create an environment for our guests that is as safe and healthy as humanly possible. In addition to increased sanitizing and disinfecting measures, we are paying extra attention to those areas that are touched regularly (doorknobs, drawer pulls, remote controls, light switches, etc.). We are reminding staff, cleaners, and guests about the importance of frequent and thorough hand washing, and we are closely monitoring the health of our team members, enforcing any and all to stay home even with the slightest of symptoms. 

Even as the world begins “normalizing” again, we request that all our guests exercise vigilance and take seriously the responsibility we each carry in a global-concern situation such as this.

We highly recommend guests purchase a Cancel for Any Reason travel insurance policy at the time of booking. As always, it is the traveler’s responsibility to read and understand all policy details to ensure you are eligible and would be adequately covered. Additionally, it's recommended that you check with your credit card company to see if they offer trip coverage. While we always aim to be as flexible as possible, with these options available to protect you as the guest in case your travel plans are impacted, we will be adhering to the cancellation policy you agreed to at the time of booking.
