What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM or later, and check-out is 11:00 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange in advance for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee. All our properties offer easy, streamlined self-check-in with a smart digital keypad. You will be emailed your unique keypad code (that is only active for the duration of your stay) along with further check-in instructions 5 days prior to your arrival.

 

Is there a security deposit?

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we do not charge a security deposit. Instead, we have partnered with Safely.com to provide you with damage protection for peace of mind coverage during your stay. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees. The damage protection plan provides you with $1500 - $10,000 of coverage (depending on the property booked) for accidental damage to contents and/or property that may take place during your stay and is reported prior to checkout. Damage in excess of that amount, as well as unreported damage and/or damage excluded from the Terms of the protection provided, will be charged to the credit card on file.

 

What is your pet policy?

Most of our rentals are dog-friendly, as noted in their listing. At our pet-friendly properties, we welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets and the fee will be added to your reservation. Your fur babies must be housebroken, non-aggressive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking. (Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.) They must be on a leash at all times outside the home. Please walk your dog on the grass outside the home for bathroom needs and clean up all waste immediately, disposing in the outdoor trash receptacle. Pets are not allowed on the furniture unless you keep furniture covered at all times with sheets/coverings you bring with you. We are unable to accommodate cats, birds, reptiles, rodents, or any other creatures: humans and dogs only. If you have a unique circumstance, please discuss with us first.

 

What are your check-out procedures?

All we ask is that used towels are left in the bathroom, dishes are washed, and trash is placed in the outdoor bins. Leave things tidied up, turn off the lights, and lock the door! That's it!

 

Is it safe to book direct?

Absolutely! All payments processed through our site are done so via a secure payment processor. Your credit card details are never shared directly with us.
