The townhome is located in North Nashville, the city’s newest up-and-coming neighborhood. It’s a vibrant, diverse, and quickly-evolving community very close to downtown. We are conveniently and centrally located, which means you’ll have quick access to EVERYTHING in Nashville! Close to all the highways and main streets, you can get anywhere you want to be in minutes. While this isn’t a walkable area, a very short Uber or Lyft ride will get you to a number of nearby restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions. Remember that staying so close to the downtown core means you’ll be in an urban community.
Our transitional neighborhood has a mix of new construction (like ours), renovated homes, and older houses. With all the new development taking place, we love that we still have some original families on our street. Our neighbors are friendly and won’t hesitate to wave hello when you do!

After 13 years leading a nonprofit in South Africa, I swapped the savannah for the skyline and moved to Nashville in 2011. What began as simply renting out the guest room in my home has grown into ComeVisitNashville—a boutique hospitality business. Our collection of thoughtfully curated vacation rentals hosts hundreds of guests each year! Hosting blends my love of travel, culture, and connection—welcoming guests from around the world while offering a true local experience here in Music City. I’m passionate about creating spaces that feel warm, personal, and rooted in community. My husband, teenage son, and I love making the most of all Nashville has to offer. Groups up to 8 people can sleep very comfortably in this large townhome. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Room darkening shades help you get the perfect night sleep! All bedrooms have plenty of closet space, hangers, and luggage racks. ➞ MASTER: The upper level has a spacious master suite with a ridiculously comfortable king size bed, 55-inch TV (offering cable & streaming options), and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a massive walk-in shower. |

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 4 days away at time of booking..
Max occupancy is firm & we cannot accommodate groups larger than 8. Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or immediately upon receipt if your arrival is within 5 days) or your reservation is subject to cancellation in accordance with the agreed-upon cancellation policy. We have an actively recording doorbell camera at the front door on the exterior of the townhouse and a security alarm that we only utilize when the home stands vacant. There are—of course—no cameras or recording devices inside the home. For added convenience to our guests, there is an Alexa-enabled bluetooth speaker in the living room. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM or later, & check-out is 11:00 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange in advance for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee. We are fully permitted and abide by all local and state regulations governing short-term rentals.
