After 13 years leading a nonprofit in South Africa, I swapped the savannah for the skyline and moved to Nashville in 2011. What began as simply renting out the guest room in my home has grown into ComeVisitNashville—a boutique hospitality business. Our collection of thoughtfully curated vacation rentals hosts hundreds of guests each year! Hosting blends my love of travel, culture, and connection—welcoming guests from around the world while offering a true local experience here in Music City. I’m passionate about creating spaces that feel warm, personal, and rooted in community. My husband, teenage son, and I love making the most of all Nashville has to offer. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 4 days away at time of booking..
RATE NOTES Our nightly rate covers 2 guests or less. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 2. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or immediately upon receipt if your arrival is within 5 days) or your reservation is subject to cancellation in accordance with the agreed-upon cancellation policy. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM or later, & check-out is 11:00 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange in advance for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee. For added convenience to our guests, there is an Alexa-enabled bluetooth speaker in the studio. There is another rental below this one and is rented separately. While it's possible that sound may carry between levels of the home, we ask all guests to ensure moderate noise levels out of mutual respect and consideration. We are fully permitted and abide by all local and state regulations governing short-term rentals.
